Vivian Rivera Drohan – Attorney Consultant

VIVIAN RIVERA DROHAN, Partner, is the head of the firm’s Litigation Practice. Her practice encompasses commercial and intellectual property litigation. Her experience includes federal and state trial and appellate litigation, as well as arbitration and mediation before the American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, National Futures Association, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

She was a Partner with Drohan & Drohan LLP from 1995 until that firm’s merger with Drohan Lee in 2007, where she represented hedge funds, commodities, securities brokers, and other financial services businesses. Prior to 1995, Ms. Drohan served six years as a Trial Attorney for Crum & Forster Insurance through its in-house counsel – where she handled an extensive insurance litigation docket involving construction, both negligence and strict liability, and insurance policy coverage matters in addition to appellate work.
